Every thing was great , the location , the staff , cleaness and the breakfast.

The bed is small, in the order I asked for a bed for the baby and the request was approved, and at the time of check-in we also asked for a bed for the baby and we still didn't get one so the baby slept in the bed with us and it wasn't that comfortable. I was disappointed by the lack of care and concern about this issue.

Some rooms were smelling a bit like cigarrets while I requested NON SMOKING ROOMS.And the housekeeping team were not cleaning the rooms properly

Everything about Canal Central Business Bay Hotel in Dubai was absolutely perfect — 10/10.This is already our second time staying at this hotel, which says a lot about the quality and service. The location is excellent, the rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable.The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and all hotel facilities were top-notch.The overall experience exceeded expectations once again, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. We will definitely stay here again.

Shout out to Mr Okezie . He is very respectful and professional. He called Taxi for me all time and never missed any of my scheduled appointments.. The buffet breakfast was good. All the staff were respectful. The room is clean. Money well spent.

Music to loud at the pool also good at pool only after 14:00 earlier would be better

The breakfast was very good, with a good selection of fruits, pastries, omelet station and local food. The room was big and even if you can tell the hotel is a bit older, everything was clean and stylish. We enjoyed a lot a beach day at their sister hotels on The Palm - even if its a bit far away, they have great pool bar and restaurants so spending an entire day there was worth.

Nothing.Just for other people checking reviews, the location of the hotel required using taxi/uber as public transport is not the best way to get to and from the hotel.

Location was only reachable by taxi. Beach is not near, if it is busy traffic then can cost 150-200 local money (AED) the taxi ride.. Construction around the hotel and street noise

There is a bit of wear and tear in the room, and the internet connection is weak. The corridors are freezing cold. I also couldn’t enjoy swimming or sitting by the pool; the sun only reaches the pool for around four hours a day because the building blocks the sunlight due to the pool’s location. Sun beds rn’t comfortable at all. At breakfast, the juices served were not fresh, and there weren’t enough waiters; i saw only two managing a very busy service.

This place is AMAZING! The facilities are NICE AND LOOK NEW!! The staff were awesome. They cleaned and restocked every single day! It is in a great spot, we walked down the canal in the evenings, it was beautiful! Just book it!

The hotel was beyond our expectations.Excellent service, kind and pleasant staff — they took care of everything for us,and the cleanliness was constant.We really loved our room — it had a stunning view of the marina and the pool,with pleasant, upbeat music — perfect for young people.The breakfast was delicious and indulgent,and we also highly recommend dining at the hotel’s restaurant.The hotel itself is beautiful and unique.

I Actually got a complimentary upgrade to canal view, it was amazing. Always clean and the staff very friendly.
